Gauravi Deshpande

Gauravi did her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Science, India. She did her post-doctoral work at the Max Planck Institute for Cell Biology and Genetics, Germany where she fished for cells involved in zebrafish retina development. Here she developed her passion for capturing various cellular events through microscopy. The excitement of watching cellular events led her to become an imaging scientist at the Lerner Research Institute, Cleveland where she helps researchers in planning and executing imaging related projects. In spare time she loves working in her garden, travelling (visiting National Parks), painting and spending time with her family.
