Jared received his PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center–Shreveport working on tumor progression by Helicobacter pylori. Jared is the founder and SEO at Samba Scientific Colorado. Jared calls himself a recovering research scientist. During a decade of cancer research, he learned that telling the story of science is just as important as doing the research that supports the science. So he transitioned into marketing in the biotechnology industry, where he enjoys creating the story that results in product adoption, customer allegiance, and brand awareness.
