About

Bitesize Bio is an online magazine and community for molecular and cell biology researchers. We serve up a delicious, bite-sized plate of technical tips, advice, news and much more to keep your professional brain well nourished.

Join us for a new bite every weekday, and if you are hungry for more, our archive is packed with hundreds of useful bites for you to enjoy.

Bitesize Bio articles come from research professionals like you and we’d love you to join the dinner party. Well, actually, we’d like you to bring along your own dish. We’d love to receive your articles (200-2000 words) on your insights into life as a scientist,  tips for getting a technique just right, overview of  a technique or whatever you’d like to talk about.

Not sure that you have anything to offer? Think about it this way: What tips would you give to a new grad student coming into your lab?

If you’re still wondering whether your idea is good enough, just drop us a line and we can chat about it or if you’d like to contribute to our community in other ways, click here for some ideas on how you can get involved.
