Previously, she was a Technology Manager, R&D Group Leader at Linco Research, and Research Scientist at Leinco Technologies. Sonali completed her MSc at the University of Pune, India, and was a Ph.D. Junior Research Fellow at the University of Mumbai.

Thomas Szabo-Pardi, PhD. is a Biology Field Application Scientist. He has an MSc in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience and a Ph.D. in Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas, Dallas. He has since transitioned his expertise into biotech, focusing on immunoassays. His journey from chronic pain research to providing customers with advanced product training/support reflects a deep commitment to advancing the scientific community.

She has a BSc in Biology from Southeast Missouri State University.
