Michelle is a pharmacy graduate and is investigating inflammatory pathways in polycystic kidney disease as part of her PhD with the University of Sydney and Westmead Millennium Institute for Medical Research. Her research interests include pharmacology and protein function in genetic diseases. When not tending to her cells, she likes roaming amongst nature, learning Japanese and all sorts of languages, or just having a nice cuppa with friends.
