Three Entertaining Molecular Biology Movies

by Nick on December 7, 2007

crystal-genome.jpgIt’s Friday again, so nothing too heavy from me today, just a little light entertainment to ease you into the weekend. Here are three (somewhat) entertaining molecular biology-related movies from you tube.

  • A humorous look at the rules for preventing PCR contamination. Good idea, but the acting??!! Don’t give up your day jobs guys!
  • Two scientists show off their juggling skills while waiting for the PCR machine. They’re pretty good, so have obviously spent waaay to much time practicing. I hope their boss doesn’t see this.
  • Texas A&M University graduate, Crystal Nicole tells us some amazing facts about the size of her *ahem* chromosomes. This is hilariously bad and was also covered by Laurence Moran in the Sandwalk Blog.
